Инструменты и объекты влияния внутреннего маркетинга / Tools and objects of influence of internal marketing
Аннотация: Статья направлена на изучение литературы на тему внутреннего маркетинга, решение проблемы отсутствия статистики по исследованиям и системности в определении инструментов. В работе определён подход к рассмотрению концепции и, установлено, в чьей зоне ответственности находится её внедрение и управление. В статье отобрана и проанализирована 41 статья, представленная в ведущих издательствах за последние 15 лет, и выявлены основные инструменты и области влияния внутреннего маркетинга.

Annontation: The article is aimed at studying the literature on the topic of internal marketing, solving the problem of lack of statistics on research and systematicity in the definition of tools. The paper defines the approach to reviewing the concept and, establishes whose responsibility it is to implement and manage it. The paper selects and analyzes 41 articles presented in leading publishers over the last 15 years and identifies the main tools and areas of influence of internal marketing.

Организация системы управления инвестиционной политикой в Республике Адыгея / Organization of the investment policy management system in the Republic of Adygeya
Аннотация: Статья посвящена анализу системы управления инвестиционной политикой региона на примере субъекта Российской Федерации – Республики Адыгея. В статье анализируются существующие подходы к инвестиционному и общему экономическому развитию региона в научной литературе и делается вывод об отсутствии системного подхода к построению механизма управления инвестиционной политикой региона. Учитывая комплексность инвестиционной политики, включающей совокупность стратегических и тактических элементов и факторов внутренней и внешней среды эффективная система управления может быть основана только на принципах системности и учета всех факторов в их синергетическом взаимодействии. В статье предложена система управления инвестиционной политикой региона на примере Республики Адыгея, устраняющая описанные недостатки и позволяющая повысить инвестиционный потенциал региона.

Annontation: The article is devoted to the analysis of the regional investment policy management system on the example of the subject of the Russian Federation - the Republic of Adygea. The article analyzes the existing approaches to investment and general economic development of the region in the scientific literature and concludes that there is no systematic approach to building a mechanism for managing the investment policy of the region. Taking into account the complexity of investment policy, which includes a set of strategic and tactical elements and factors of internal and external environment, an effective management system can be based only on the principles of systematicity and consideration of all factors in their synergetic interaction. The article proposes a system of management of the region's investment policy on the example of the Republic of Adygea, which eliminates the described shortcomings and allows to increase the investment potential of the region.

Оценка эффективности управления инвестиционной политикой региона при помощи математических моделей / Assessment of strategic management tools and planning of investment development of the region with the help of mathematical models
Аннотация: В статье анализируются особенности системы управления инвестиционной политикой региона в Российской Федерации, ее основные элементы и принципы. Анализ научной литературы по проблематике инвестиционного регионального развития и управления реализацией инвестиционной политики региона показал наличие множества элементов и факторов внутренней и внешней среды, влияющих на инвестиционную политику и структуру управления. Оценка эффективности управления инвестиционной политикой в данном случае является важнейшим ее элементом, позволяющим оценивать степень достижения поставленных целей и качество управляющей системы. Принимая во внимание системность и сложность инвестиционной политики с точки зрения широты составляющих ее детерминантов необходимо применение специальных методов оценки эффективности, позволяющих учесть все многообразие элементов инвестиционной политики и сложность их взаимосвязей. В представленной статье приводится имплементация модели многокритериального выбора на основании идеальной точки к оценке эффективности управления инвестиционной политикой региона, что позволит повысить достоверность процесса оценки эффективности реализации инвестиционной политики развития.

Annontation: The article analyzes the features of the management system of regional investment policy in the Russian Federation, its main elements and principles. The analysis of scientific literature on the problems of investment regional development and management of investment policy implementation in the region has shown the presence of many elements and factors of internal and external environment that affect the investment policy and management structure. Evaluation of the effectiveness of investment policy management in this case is its most important element, which allows us to assess the degree of achievement of the set goals and the quality of the management system. Taking into account the systemic nature and complexity of investment policy in terms of the breadth of its determinants, it is necessary to apply special methods of efficiency assessment, which allow taking into account the diversity of investment policy elements and the complexity of their interrelationships. The presented article provides the implementation of the model of multi-criteria choice on the basis of an ideal point to the assessment of the effectiveness of the region's investment policy management, which will increase the reliability of the process of assessing the effectiveness of the implementation of investment policy of development.
