Сущность, оценка состояния и направления укрепления инновационного потенциала России и инновационного потенциала регионов / The essence, assessment of the state and directions of strengthening the innovation potential of Russia and the innovation potential of the regions
Аннотация: Инновации являются движущей силой, «локомотивом» развития любой экономики. Как на государственном уровне, так и на региональном уровне инновационная деятельность оказывает влияние на социально – экономические показатели его развития. Расширение инновационной деятельности, ее диверсификация, реализация инновационных решений – приоритетные направления в управленческой деятельности. Современные экономические отношения характеризуются ростом повышения наукоемкости продукции и ростом организационных проблем, что приводит к проблеме функционирования инновационного потенциала на всех вышеуказанных уровнях. Для их решения необходимы меры, направленные на модернизацию сложных экономических систем.

Annontation: Innovation is the driving force, the «locomotive» of the development of any economy. Both at the state and regional levels, innovation activities have an impact on the socio–economic indicators of its development. The expansion of innovation activity, its diversification, and the implementation of innovative solutions are priority areas in management activities. Modern economic relations are characterized by an increasing increase in the scientific intensity of products and an increase in organizational problems, which leads to the problem of the functioning of innovation potential at all the above levels. To solve them, measures are needed to modernize complex economic systems.
